Expanded Range of Functional Materials
Highly Heat- and Chemical-Resistant EPX 150
EPX 150 is a new engineering-grade material with excellent chemical and heat resistance and is validated to withstand 200+ steam autoclave cycles. It’s suitable for production parts with fine features and tight tolerances like sealed electrical connectors, fluid spray nozzles, and reusable medical devices. The material is available to order now.
Improved Efficiency
Smart Part Washer “Production Mode”
Production Mode prevents machine operators from running an unplanned wash cycle. This setting may be suitable for organizations that seek to closely control production conditions and limit unexpected actions that an operator might take. This feature is available via a software update that will be released upon request. If you wish to enable Production Mode for one or more washers, reach out to support@carbon3d.com or your Business Development Director.
Print Analytics Tool
The Print Analytics tool displays granular data from each print produced on the Carbon printer. You can use this tool directly to help you optimize print time or diagnose print defects. Additionally, the data can be exported, both manually and through the API, to enable you to perform analysis on aggregate data. Print Analytics is an optional software feature that can be enabled upon request.
