Expanded Range of Functional Materials
SprintRay Apex Base and Teeth
SprintRay’s Apex Base and Apex Teeth resins are now fully validated for Carbon M-series printers, delivering a combination of mechanical performance, aesthetics, and ease of use for labs and clinicians. Engineered with proprietary NanoFusion™ technology, Apex resins are infused with the optimal amount of nanoceramics for exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Apex materials are optimized for streamlined workflows with less mixing and preparation than other denture resins, making it easier to scale production without sacrificing quality.

Improved Efficiency
New Parts Retrieval Basket Available for AO Backpack
The new Parts Retrieval Basket for the AO Backpack allows your team even greater control over how and when they retrieve printed parts without disrupting automation. With this enhancement, the AO Backpack can run in full automation mode 24/7, while still allowing technicians to access finished prints while printing continues.
Better Part Quality
The Lucentra Solution
The Lucentra™ solution is designed to help aligner manufacturers produce clearer final thermoformed aligners. This stack of products includes software that automatically hollows models, then sorts, labels, and packs them for printing; a new polishing cassette for the Carbon L1 printer; and a next-generation material, UMA 20, which is specifically designed for hollow models. These elements work together to reduce visible layer lines in thermoformed clear aligners by delivering smoother printed models, improving clarity from the start.
