Single-Part Elastomer with High Material Stiffness

EPU Pro 90 is a single-part, dual-cure high-performance elastomer material that can enable lightweighting of lattice designs and the production of complex geometries due to its stiffness and strength while printing. With print speeds up to 70% faster than prior Carbon elastomers and an extended pot life, EPU Pro 90 offers greater design freedom for curvatures, large parts, and delicate structures.

As a single-part material, EPU Pro 90 simplifies the production workflow by eliminating the need for mixing. It also improves efficiencies and lowers manufacturing costs by enabling resin reuse and reclamation in post-processing. EPU Pro 90 is compatible with solvent-free post processing and melt-processed workflows. Now available in commercial 3.6L containers and 180L drums, EPU Pro 90 further expands Carbon’s portfolio of high-performance, tunable elastomers for high-performance products.
